GP PATIENT SURVEY

If you get a questionnaire in January, please take part as it provides vital information to help improve local services and inform national decisions.  You can help by encouraging other people you know to complete it, if they’re invited.  Look up last year’s results for your local practices and find out more about the survey

WESSEX ROAD WALKING GROUP

If you would like to join our friendly, community walking group, please arrive at the surgery for 10.30am on Thursday mornings.

We will be starting off with a short walk from

the surgery to Ashley Cross Green. For the more adventurous there will be longer walks planned, once we are able to assess the demand.

If it is wet weather, the group will still meet at the surgery and go for coffee.
