Repeat Prescriptionsblue_yellow_pills

If your doctor has agreed your long-term medication on repeat prescription there are a number of ways to re-order:

  • By hand - Present your repeat form at reception.
  • By post - Send it to us with a stamped addressed envelope and we'll post it back to you.
  • Patient Online Access - This service enables you to order repeat prescriptions and book appointments. If you wish to register for this please ask reception for a registration form.

Telephone requests for medication are not accepted due to the potential for error.

Medication Reviews

Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip.

Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.
